It is owned by Iala's two very dear friends Patricia and Lenny, who have lived in Costa Rica for over 30 years and during that time have lovingly planted the gardens and built this amazing hotel. Patricia is a fabulous cook and she has created a menu that is a culinary masterpiece, drawn from the local cornacopia of exotic fruits, vegetables and fresh fish.

There will be a morning yoga class daily and our focus will be on the Yoga of Life. Each sunset we will gather on the beach for a Meditation, yoga, talking 'n teaching circle.

We arrive in San Jose and spend one night at the Holiday Inn Express, Airport. Next morning we are off to Montezuma and the luxurious Ylang Ylang Beach Resort and Spa.
